OCCUPANT MOTION & INJURY VISUALIZATIONS

Occupant motion is where a case often becomes concrete for a jury. Rest positions and vehicle damage describe what happened to the vehicle, but the injury mechanism is about what happened to the person inside it: how the body loaded against a belt, where contact occurred within the occupant compartment, and whether the motion is consistent with the injuries claimed. We visualize the retained biomechanical or medical expert's opinions rather than forming our own, and the deliverable identifies which positions come from the record and which are assumed.
