Workplace and construction cases usually come down to the site itself: where equipment and materials were, what a worker or operator could see from a given position, and the order in which things happened. Those questions are easier to answer with a measured 3D model of the site than with photographs and testimony alone. We work from scene measurements, scan data, photographs, and the retained expert's reconstruction, and we can fly a site to produce the geometry when it is still in a usable condition.
