MOTORCYCLE AND BICYCLE CRASHES

Two-wheeled vehicles behave differently enough from cars that the difference usually matters. A motorcycle or bicycle leans through a turn, can go down before reaching the point of impact, and separates from its rider during the sequence. These cases also tend to turn on whether the other driver saw the rider in time, which is a question about sightlines and geometry more than about testimony. We work from scene measurements, scan data, photographs, and the retained expert's reconstruction. We are one of the few forensic animation firms with an ACTAR certified accident reconstructionist on staff. Examples are below, and you can get in touch to talk through your case.
