Confidential Settlement: Sleep Deprived Taxicab Driver Impacts Pedestrian Causing Fatal Injuries

This case involved a sleep-deprived taxi driver who drifted off the road in a residential area causing a direct impact with an unsuspecting pedestrian who was on his way home. The pedestrian died at the scene. This project required close work with expert witness, Dr. John Lloyd, as well as plaintiff attorney Lance Rudzinski of Reifkind, Thompson & Rudzinski. Our team was tasked with producing videos depicting an overview of the incident as well as a view from the taxi driver’s perspective. Our team was also tasked with producing a video from a security camera’s perspective.
